Recent claims suggesting misconduct related to Detroit Electric are baseless and appear to stem from a discredited individual with a history of fraudulent activity. To clarify:
- We lawfully acquired a prototype from Detroit Electric after the company ceased operations.
- Documentation, including shipping records and vehicle registration in my name prior to transfer, substantiates this transaction.
These accusations constitute a malicious attempt to exploit our organization, and we will pursue all legal avenues to address this defamation.
